In the qualitative part of the research, five dimensions including the dimensions of altruism, economics, legalism, justice and mental health and 35 indicators were identified. In the quantitative part, all dimensions except the economic dimension were at a lower level than the average in terms of implementation. The results showed that the identified dimensions and indicators can be used to promote social responsibility in the social security organization.
